We’ve used our signature beautifully bittersweet black treacle cure to create the unique flavour of this ham. Our Outdoor Bred and RSPCA assured British ham is dry cured by hand with coarse sea salt then gently smoked and soaked in black treacle for up to five days. After this, the ham is sliced, extra thick, perfect for the ultimate porky sandwich heaven.

Ingredients
Pork, treacle (4%), salt, demerara sugar, antioxidant sodium ascorbate, preservative sodium nitrate. Prepared with 105g of pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during cooking and smoking.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Not suitable for freezing.
