Ingredients
- 3 or 4 rashers of The Jolly Hog Black Treacle Bacon
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- Handful of rocket
- 70g brie
- 1-2 tbsp chilli jam (we love Tracklements)
Method
- Start by cooking The Jolly Hog Black Treacle Bacon under a medium grill for 4 – 9 minutes, turning once halfway. Remove from the grill when crispy.
- Lightly toast the sourdough slices. Once toasted, spread a generous layer of chilli jam on the bread.
- Slice the brie into thin strips. Add the brie, rocket and cooked bacon to the sourdough and tuck in!
