Sausage, Red Pepper & Aioli Sandwich

Ingredients
- x3 The Jolly Hog Proper Porker Sausages
- 2 tablespoons aioli
- Jarred red peppers (3 or 4 slices)
- A handful of rocket
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
Method
- Pre heat your oven to 190 degrees and cook the Proper Porker sausages according to pack instructions
- Whilst the sausages are cooking, lightly toast your bread in a pan
- When your sausages are cooked, it's time to assemble the sarnie! Spread the aioli evenly across both pieces of bread. Slice each sausage in half and lay on top of the aioli. Finish with the red peppers and a handful of rocket.
