Thai Basil Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pack of The Jolly Hog Proper Porker British Sausages
- 1 spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chilli
- Handful of Thai Basil leaves
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or fish sauce)
Method
- Start by squeezing the meat out of the sausage skins, and place the sausage meat into a bowl
- Finely chop the spring onion, chilli and garlic. Combine well with your sausage meat - use your hands if need be!
- Heat a frying pan with a tbsp of the sesame oil and add in the flavoured sausage meat mix. Fry for 5 minutes or until crispy and golden
- Whilst the sausage meat is frying, combine all the other wet ingredients to make your Thai Basil sauce. Mix well to combine
- After cooking the sausage meat for 5 minutes, add in the Thai Basil sauce and cook for another minute. Toss through the basil leaves just before serving. We love serving this with sticky rice or noodles!
